Course Description

: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has begun to have profound effects on law and society. Topics will include: algorithmic bias, AI and privacy, tort liability for self-driving cars, autonomous weapon systems and the laws of war, and legal personhood for artificial intelligences. Introductory classes will include a primer on the present and future of AI technology.
