Course Description

This course explores the intersection among medicine, technology and the law. Topics may include human reproduction and birth, health privacy, ownership of body parts, death and dying, research involving human subjects, organ transplantation, medical liability, and informed consent. Exploration of these and similar topics will take place through in-depth study of leading cases
